Premium Badge Clarification!

Hello everyone! We'd like to address and clarify some confusion surrounding the Premium Badge features and their relation to the Monthly Shops!

What Perks do Premium Badges give you?
  • +1 Bonus Spin Point for Pai's Machine of Wonders each month you have premium activated, spin points do not expire!
  • +2 Outfit Save Slots
  • +10 Trades Market Lots at once
  • +1 Potato Bonus tasks per day
  • +1 Stat Boost tasks per day
  • +1 Town Hop per day
  • +2 Max items from minigames per day
  • +2000 potatoes max from minigames per day
  • +2000 potatoes max from forum posts per day
  • Free access to premium undergarments in the wardrobe while Premium is activated

Note: Perks may be adjusted/added to as time goes on! We will update everyone if we adjust/add new perks in the future.

We realize there was some misinformation present in the notification users got when they activated premium prior to July 1st.

This was the notification users got:

As part of your premium member perks, you have received this month's bonus point for the premium shop. Remember to claim an item before it expires!

The notification should say:
As part of this month's premium member perks, you have received 1 bonus spin point for Pai's Machine of Wonders. All spin points go towards getting a bonus free item claim!

We completely understand that this may change some user's views on whether or not they would currently want premium, so we'd like to offer a turnip currency refund to any user who used their premium badge before July 1st, 2020 and would like it refunded.

Send in a ticket in order to:
  1. Get your premium status cancelled.
  2. Get a refund in Turnips for the same amount as the cost of the Premium Badge you used.

We do have a backlog of tickets at the moment, but we promise to get to everyone soon, no ticket will be missed!

Additionally, there was a bug prior to July 1st in which bonus spin points were not being rewarded yet. We've added +1 spin point for Pai's shop to everyone who activated premium prior to July 1st 2020!

    Thanks for the clarification. Just to throw in my opinion, I would really like to see this perk be something you can claim without having to spin the wheel 9 more times. Maybe a free spin?

    Please consider also rewording the notification from 'Premium shops' to 'Monthly shops' as that different still makes it seem as if they were two separate shops!

    Mm, would have been nice to get a free item monthly, since that was the main reason I got a premium badge. Guess I'll just refund for turnips or something~

    Thank you for clarifying what premium badge gives us. Unfortunately the premium features are not worth the money in my opinion.

    I get it is unfeasible for you to refund everyone their actual money, or at least time consuming/unwilling to, so how about give everyone the free item they were actually expecting for this month, and THEN specify for future points how they work and stuff.

    You could at least do that as some people don't want a turnip refund/they've lost out and you're still holding their funds with no gain to those users, that's incredibly unfair.

    I regret buying 90 days of premium, and choosing to redeem it today. I will not be purchasing premium in the future until it actually provides a free item or more significant benefits for the cost.

    Just a suggestion, but, why not just give people what they expected the round, which is a free item claim, and say all perks forward are just the spin point? Because be real, that notification 100% was saying people get a free item. So why not hold true to that for just this instance?

    I haven't spent any money on this game yet and god I'm glad about that because this is,,, uh,,, not good gamers. A free spin POINT? So you still have to spend more money to spin 9 other times?? Like that's just. That's actually just a huge scam I'm genuinely shocked

    This offer should be open to everyone that claimed a badge prior to the update. I updated at rollover under false information and got the original message, "As part of your premium member perks, you have received this month's bonus point for the premium shop. Remember to claim an item before it expires!" yet according to this announcement I wouldn't qualify for the refund.

    I only bought 1 month so I don't think I'll refund but I am sorely disappointed and will not buy premium going forward. This doesn't seem like a perk at all. It's basically a "spend this much to get this free" after already spending a lot to even get that coupon.
    As others said one free item a month really isn't a lot is it? These items are only selling around 15k p anyways.
