Premium Badge Clarification!
Hello everyone! We'd like to address and clarify some confusion surrounding the Premium Badge features and their relation to the Monthly Shops!
What Perks do Premium Badges give you?
- +1 Bonus Spin Point for Pai's Machine of Wonders each month you have premium activated, spin points do not expire!
- +2 Outfit Save Slots
- +10 Trades Market Lots at once
- +1 Potato Bonus tasks per day
- +1 Stat Boost tasks per day
- +1 Town Hop per day
- +2 Max items from minigames per day
- +2000 potatoes max from minigames per day
- +2000 potatoes max from forum posts per day
- Free access to premium undergarments in the wardrobe while Premium is activated
Note: Perks may be adjusted/added to as time goes on! We will update everyone if we adjust/add new perks in the future.
We realize there was some misinformation present in the notification users got when they activated premium prior to July 1st.
This was the notification users got:
As part of your premium member perks, you have received this month's bonus point for the premium shop. Remember to claim an item before it expires!
The notification should say:
As part of this month's premium member perks, you have received 1 bonus spin point for Pai's Machine of Wonders. All spin points go towards getting a bonus free item claim!
We completely understand that this may change some user's views on whether or not they would currently want premium, so we'd like to offer a turnip currency refund to any user who used their premium badge before July 1st, 2020 and would like it refunded.
Send in a ticket in order to:
- Get your premium status cancelled.
- Get a refund in Turnips for the same amount as the cost of the Premium Badge you used.
We do have a backlog of tickets at the moment, but we promise to get to everyone soon, no ticket will be missed!
Additionally, there was a bug prior to July 1st in which bonus spin points were not being rewarded yet. We've added +1 spin point for Pai's shop to everyone who activated premium prior to July 1st 2020!
We apologize for the confusion and appreciate all of the patience and support as we get these early site launch issues straightened out!

Thanks for... giving me a reason to not support this game financially in the meantime :')....
You don't want to sound like a scam to the people paying u lmao
1) Refund people RLC, some people paid yearly for this and it was not stated upfront what they would be getting (something most, if not other avatar and pet sites state with their premium items/currency). This is a new site though, so we can just overlook that as a 'you guys are still figuring things out'. Turnips are ONLY used for the gacha shop at the moment from what I've seen, so it would be fair to refund people RLC because if the perks aren't worth it what else can they spend turnips on?
2) Offer the free item at least for this month, and send out a survey or an open forum post for feedback to see what perks would be worth the subscription, listen to your userbase and learn. In this way you can earn the trust lost with this bait-and-switch/advertisement (even if it wasn't intentional, this is strongly how it came across) and move on to be a better site.
Just, please read through all of these comments and work with the users of this site to make it a site worth staying on.
I don’t understand how this isn’t illegal LOL you guys advertised a product, people bought it, then you changed what you’re giving them. And not offering real world money refunds NOR just giving people the item as you promised, even just this one time... That’s gonna make people reluctant to buy from you, or even support you. You just scammed people out of their money, won’t give RL currency refunds, and now you’re making said product worthless to future buyers... That feels really suspicious.
Genuinely like this game, hope y’all can fix this cause it’s kinda gross!
I'm shocked y'all had so long to plan out premium rewards and this is what y'all came up with. Do y'all not have any further vision for this site? Dappervolk has been a godsend for me rn and I'm still a big fan of the idea of a more rpg driven site, but this? is wack
Part of the appeal of premium IMO is being able to get something either first or exclusively. Having a PREMIUM shop for premium members only would be ideal. The Monthly shop is wonderful and I will be supporting the site via this for sure, but to make premium worth it, there needs to be something FOR premium members.
No one maxes forum potatoes, so having 2000 extra doesn't really do much. The max on games is good, IMO, but it can take a bit and be tedious to get even 5000. The extra town hop and stat quests are good, too, especially as the game progresses.
I see people angry about purchasing from DV in general now, I don't understand why. It takes money to put together a site, and the team has to make their money in some way! The turnip gacha is fine - I was able to trade items if I got repeats for items I didn't get. I don't feel like I've wasted my money on this site from the purchases I've made so far.
I believe that the team will listen to the fanbase though! After all, it's only been two weeks since launch. This site is just starting out, and there's going to be growth. I'm happy to be here!
Granted I'm taking what I heard with a grain of salt because I wasn't here and I'm not sure what the KS offered and what was there during beta, but it explains why a large chunk of the responses here are angry.
This is a new site though, new sites do have a bumpy beginning, so imo I'd just wait and see.
Seriously, the wording of the perks can be seen as a /phenomenal/ misstep, sure, but the real problem? The real problem is still the twice-damned premium gacha. It should never be a thing in the first place, and we have been /telling you this/ for years.
Either give the folks their refunds in currency paid or give them their free spins.
I don't understand why giving that one free spin (especially given that overall, it's real money for pretty much a gamble) when earlier notifications talked about a spin and not a spin point. "Refunding" in turnips seems like a poor decision to make in regards to users who have supported this website and helped make it happen. I really hope some compromise can be made somewhere.
