Premium Badge Clarification!

Hello everyone! We'd like to address and clarify some confusion surrounding the Premium Badge features and their relation to the Monthly Shops!

What Perks do Premium Badges give you?
  • +1 Bonus Spin Point for Pai's Machine of Wonders each month you have premium activated, spin points do not expire!
  • +2 Outfit Save Slots
  • +10 Trades Market Lots at once
  • +1 Potato Bonus tasks per day
  • +1 Stat Boost tasks per day
  • +1 Town Hop per day
  • +2 Max items from minigames per day
  • +2000 potatoes max from minigames per day
  • +2000 potatoes max from forum posts per day
  • Free access to premium undergarments in the wardrobe while Premium is activated

Note: Perks may be adjusted/added to as time goes on! We will update everyone if we adjust/add new perks in the future.

We realize there was some misinformation present in the notification users got when they activated premium prior to July 1st.

This was the notification users got:

As part of your premium member perks, you have received this month's bonus point for the premium shop. Remember to claim an item before it expires!

The notification should say:
As part of this month's premium member perks, you have received 1 bonus spin point for Pai's Machine of Wonders. All spin points go towards getting a bonus free item claim!

We completely understand that this may change some user's views on whether or not they would currently want premium, so we'd like to offer a turnip currency refund to any user who used their premium badge before July 1st, 2020 and would like it refunded.

Send in a ticket in order to:
  1. Get your premium status cancelled.
  2. Get a refund in Turnips for the same amount as the cost of the Premium Badge you used.

We do have a backlog of tickets at the moment, but we promise to get to everyone soon, no ticket will be missed!

Additionally, there was a bug prior to July 1st in which bonus spin points were not being rewarded yet. We've added +1 spin point for Pai's shop to everyone who activated premium prior to July 1st 2020!

    Appreciate the quick update! The monthly set is so, so lovely!

    That said, still disappointed at the content of the premium. One out of six premium items per month for having a premium subscription does not seem like a wild ask. Especially when the monthly subscription cost is ~$5 and one roll for an item is... what, ~$1? I'd rather just pay for the spins. Feels oddly stingy. I'll snag a premium in the future only if I can get it cheap for potatoes, never going to spend turnips outside the spins.

    wow. you guys probably, seriously, want to rethink this. for a free site that depends monetarily on tempting people to buy premium currency... you aren't offering many benefits!

    You could've just given a free item. Would've been a lot easier, you know, doing what you said you would. That's a lot of tickets for a problem that could be solved immediately.

    I hope they're reading these comments and actually open to the criticisms a lot of users are showcasing here.

    Perhaps offering a free item for this mishap to those scorned with their purchase would be a good PR move, this is coming from someone who has not invested in the site, and depending on the response to the justified anger of the community, may or may not decide to actually invest at all.

    That's really unfortunate, one free premium spin doesnt seem like a difficult addition. Really can't blame people for losing interest in premium because of this, thank you for at least honoring with refunds.

    Well, I do appreciate the post and the clarification, but since we're spending $50CAD for a year's worth of premium, I feel like 1 free item a month that you can choose wouldn't be that big of a deal to you guys...but one extra point...it just feels like a slap in the face to those who did purchase it.

    BUT, I do VERY much appreciate the apology and the offer to reverse the premium status for anyone who bought it back in June. I will be taking advantage of that personally. If, in the future, you guys do add a feature that premium members DO get a free spin or to pick one free item, I will definitely be back with the premium. But as other's have said, until it make's financial sense (for a game I mean) I think I'll pass on the premium pass, lol.

    Gross. That was not a mistake, and this is the most manipulative non-apology I've seen. You EXPLICITLY PROMISED a free item, and are legally and morally bound to give people what they paid for. Issue a refund in CURRENCY PAID, not premium currency.

    wheeeewie glad i didn't spend $50 on premium, who thought those perks were worth the price? the only things that would be helpful would be the town hop and task bonuses, and maybe the trade lot bonus but none of those are worth the price.

    So.... I bought premium for myself and my bestie.. AND I paid 5 USD for a charity pet that I STILL HAVEN"T BEEN ABLE TO COLLECT. You guys need to get your act together or you're going to piss off everyone paying for your space on the internet..

    I guess this means after I've ridden my premium out I won't be getting it again unless things change. I'm incredibly disappointed and really wanted to support the site. Giving a free spin wouldn't have been too hard and I can't say I'm happy with the perks it already gives because it isn't that much of a difference. Thank you for clarifying.
