Premium Badge Clarification!
Hello everyone! We'd like to address and clarify some confusion surrounding the Premium Badge features and their relation to the Monthly Shops!
What Perks do Premium Badges give you?
- +1 Bonus Spin Point for Pai's Machine of Wonders each month you have premium activated, spin points do not expire!
- +2 Outfit Save Slots
- +10 Trades Market Lots at once
- +1 Potato Bonus tasks per day
- +1 Stat Boost tasks per day
- +1 Town Hop per day
- +2 Max items from minigames per day
- +2000 potatoes max from minigames per day
- +2000 potatoes max from forum posts per day
- Free access to premium undergarments in the wardrobe while Premium is activated
Note: Perks may be adjusted/added to as time goes on! We will update everyone if we adjust/add new perks in the future.
We realize there was some misinformation present in the notification users got when they activated premium prior to July 1st.

All spin points go towards getting a bonus free item claim!We completely understand that this may change some user's views on whether or not they would currently want premium, so we'd like to offer a turnip currency refund to any user who used their premium badge before July 1st, 2020 and would like it refunded.
Send in a ticket in order to:
- Get your premium status cancelled.
- Get a refund in Turnips for the same amount as the cost of the Premium Badge you used.
We do have a backlog of tickets at the moment, but we promise to get to everyone soon, no ticket will be missed!
Additionally, there was a bug prior to July 1st in which bonus spin points were not being rewarded yet. We've added +1 spin point for Pai's shop to everyone who activated premium prior to July 1st 2020!
We apologize for the confusion and appreciate all of the patience and support as we get these early site launch issues straightened out!

Was supposed to be in my comment, but I can't edit or delete. Guess I didn't finish my thought.
But, I think one thing about this is good. Premium chance items are NOT account bound. You can trade freely to other players on the site! Most gatcha games that steal all your money usually is player bound or takes more real money to trade items. So, if you’re worried about not having funds to pay real money, just buy it from people in the market place or whatever it’s called on here (i forgot). That’s legit what i did.. 😭
The premium isn’t as great as a premium should be! They should be rewarded free items or something special that makes premium actually worth it! But, again, you are not forced to buy it. You legit don’t even have to put real money into this site. Just remember that! And if you have gambling problems, try your best to cope with it and don’t connect paypal/cards to the internet! You can do it!
Give people their rlc back. You promised something, people were confused because of how extremely poorly it was worded, and now people are mising upwards of $50 and only have turnips to speak for it. This is an especially sour move with all the things going on in the world right now. Your fanbase, despite probably facing economic hardship, gave you their hard earned money and you betrayed them. Is that even legal? The terms of the sale were blatantly misleading, so I'm really leaning towards the fact that's it's not.
This is a really bad look for your first month. Very disappointing, but from what others are saying, this behavior isn't new.
To think I was saving up for a year's past and was gonna buy it the day all of this happened... Lol. Maybe someone really is watching over me and protecting me from making horrible decisions haha.
but real life cash gambling? nah, thats predatory and you know it. EVERYONE knows how much of a nightmare mobile apps are when it comes to microtransactions and quite frankly, no one wants that mechanic spreading to other games.
these real life cash gambling things RELY on unstable people. they prey on those who suffer addiction, so much so that the people who spend insane amounts of money on microtrasactions have their own name. whales. you can look it up.
sorry, but any game that has a real life gambling mechanic is basically saying "i view addicts as nothing more than vulnerable people to pay our bills"
i get that DV has to make money but come on man, just be a normal game. even the constant ~limited time only Buy Right Now~ bundles are pushing it, but at least the results are guarenteed in those.
You know what'd be a good perk for premimum membership?
getting a second hatchery slot.
maybe sell them in anges shop.
Slash ran Aywas and Furvilla (at least at first) better than y'all are running dappervolk and this ain't it.
Atleast Aywas' premimum membership actually does something Free monthly items, mining for geodes, unlimited cash for trash dumping, and it maxes out at 20 USD for a year sub.
which if we're being honest, if you can sell the monthly premium items you can pay for your yearly sub with that alone. this 50 CAD for...worthless pennies that apparently 80% of the population here doesn't want?

Also Seeing a real money gatcha on a pet site thats got minors is VERY off putting especially as in most places minors gambling IS VERY VERY ILLEGAL even with parent permission. Its especially off putting as nowhere did i ever see a RL $$$ gacha even being hinted at. Did you know you'd receive this kind of backlash?
You honestly make a valid point, they should have a receipt or something to prove they donated, like how Aywas does.
It's been years that you've been working on this site, I know how time consuming everything is. It's early launch, you've got plenty of time to tweak things. Things don't happen in a couple days, I know it takes time.
Some of us are here every step of the way. Just know you're greatly appreciated. I look forward to more updates. I know you guys are pushing out as much info as quickly and efficiently as possible, all while dealing with the additional workload as well as site bugs/optimization. You've got this! Amazing game thus far.
I do implore staff to please review this thread, it is something that can help DV grow into a wonderful site.
