AVIAR COVE BALANCING UPDATE
The planned Aviar Cove balancing update will come with an additional sizeable potato sink content drop as well to help offset inflation! Here is our current progress on it:

FUTURE CONTENT/EVENT PLANS
We've taken a look at our current set of goals and after a good deal of discussion, here are our plans in regards to upcoming events and content drops!

For the next few months, we're going to focus more on upcoming permanent content updates such as balancing updates, potato sinks, and new permanent content in order to bring the base game to the state that we want it to be.

We realized that over time, large scale events had become more and more elaborate as our ambition for the creative side of things grew, thus requiring more assets, writing, and overall time spent preparing each event. While it was a great deal of fun and we're proud of our community and progress, we've realized that the time spent preparing events consumes too much of our work schedule and we want to rework how we approach future events.

The remaining deity events will still happen at some point, but first we're going to spend some efforts to update the game with more permanent content. We'd also eventually like to hold some more large scale events that introduce new permanent content like we did with the Witches' War previously. Thanks for reading our thoughts and decisions on this aspect of Dappervolk's development!

TRADES MARKET UPDATES
We're now working on designing the Trades Market revamp, Pet Accessory market, and Customs market with focus on player feedback and ease of use. We're working on all three at the same time since all three will use a similar trades market system.

This will take some time to launch but we think it will improve the game experience greatly as well as make it much easier for users to get into things like pet accessories and customs trading. The trades market revamp will allow for much easier trade listing as well as system adjustments that fit our community's needs better.

KELBI EVENT STATUS
While our overall progress was delayed due to some IRL weather events impacting part of our team during July, we did still make some background progress on our upcoming updates. Our current progress on the Kelbi event is the following:

We'll be working hard towards announcing this event's start date some time this month, thank you for understanding!

STAFF HIRING STATUS
We're currently in the process of going through all applications and making our selections. No replies have been sent out yet as we'd like to send them out all at once in order to keep our new recruits on the same page.

We're doing final preparations and will be posting our staff recruitment information early this month! We had originally planned to post it later in June, but shuffled things around to allow for smooth event updates.

AVIAR COVE BALANCING
We'll be embarking on artwork and quest updates for Aviar Cove balancing this month, and are aiming to release it in the next month or two. We're also going to plan out some potato sink content drops in order to combat the inflation that will be caused by additional town balancing.

ROADMAP UPDATES
After our current event plans and other priorities are complete, we'll be updating our Roadmap thread and moving certain plans up in priority to focus on them next!
