POLL #1: Monthly Pet Bundling Options
When a monthly set includes a pet, what kind of bundling would you prefer?

Hi everyone! After reading and observing user feedback about the cost of premium chests when a hatchable is included, we have decided to look for your direct feedback on this in the form of a poll.

We have some propositions on what we could do as an alternative, so please cast your vote and comment your thoughts on what you'd most prefer!
NOTES
  • Regardless of voting outcome, we'll be mindful of the pricing on monthly item totals in order to stay consistent with the discounts that have typically been offered.
  • Option #3 means the creation of a different chest for just the clothing , with the new chest containing only clothing.
  • Feel free to suggest your own ideas if the poll options don't quite cover what you would prefer.
  • These three options are compiled from what we've seen most frequently on the Suggestion Forums and are also the options that are most feasible for us!

    I like the idea of having two chests monthly. One with just clothes and one with hatch item and clothes. Although that could get confusing for those who sell/trade depending on the item image. So far it looks like people prefer it to stay the same which I am also ok with.

    A mix of option 1 and 3 : 2 diff chests, one with and the other without the hatching, while still being able to get just the hatching.
    Maybe even a fourth option, a bundle with 2 hatchings for people who wants evo + non evo of the pet ? (not the past bundle of 3 hatchings, this made no sense)

    I support the idea of two chests, but hope that the clothing one will be named differently (and look different as well beyond a simple recolor if possible, maybe a smaller looking chest to visually indicate it has less in it?) to help avoid any confusion for trades on the market! The first idea that comes to mind is [monthly set name] clothing coffer.

    I think the 3rd option is better, because I'd rather just buy a chest without the pet! makes it cheaper, and as a f2p player that is all i am about!

    Thank you for a poll. I think the hassle of making extra chests would be worth it. It would be very nice if there also was a discounted bundle just for pets. Then everyone should be satisfied (right??)

    I don't really have super strong opinions either way, but I do agree that if the 3rd option is chosen that the two different chests should be distinct enough to avoid potential confusion between the two. Also make it very clear in the item hovers/descriptions which chest contains the pet hatching item and which one does not.

    If the third option is chosen, please don't limit the distinction to item hovers and descriptions. The thumbnails should contain a visual distinction - not just a color difference! - like a border, or sparkles, or cross-hatching - something.

    I personally voted for the first option because I think being able to buy a pet without all of the clothing makes sense.

    I voted for option 3 because why not give more options for those who may not want the pet. But I also voted for that assuming that the pet hatching item would still be available separately for those who might just want the pet. I'm pretty sure it would be since nothing was mentioned about it not being sold separately in that option but I wanted to clarify that. I don't want two chests if it's going to take away some other option we already have.

    I also agree with the above that, if it's implemented, the icons of the two chests need to be very distinctly different from each other.
