What are Monthly Shops?
- Every month, Pai and Oran from Peddler's Port will have different sets of items in their shops that will retire at the end of the month to be replaced by new stock.
- These items are obtained from far away lands and follow the theme of the land they visited each month.
- All retired items from Monthly Shops will eventually be able to be obtained very rarely from Grandma Agnes later on.
How can I get to Peddler's Port?
Peddler's Port is a seaside location that you can unlock by going through the main storyline in Louise Hill. Once unlocked, you can visit Peddler's Port any time without using up a town hop!

Pai's Shop of Wonders
Pai will host these 10 items in their infinite stock shop this month for 200 turnips each. A chest containing a set of Pai's items is now also available in their shop in addition to Agnes' Shop, to allow for more freedom in purchase making. If you spend 2000 turnips, you will be able to choose a free item of your choice! Free item claims will expire 6 months after obtaining them.

Agnes' shop stocks a chest that contains a set of Pai's 10 shop items for 1700 Turnips, ideal for collectors who want a full set at a small discount. Agnes also has a Bonus Prize function in her shop. For every 2000 turnips you spend in her shop from now on, you'll be able to claim from her Bonus Prize pool, which will fluctuate and grow with time.

NOVEMBER SEASONAL QUEST & SHOP
Magdalene's seasonal quest about the deity of November is back for the month, along with an event shop containing Ombra's items!
- You can start the quest "Among Fallen Leaves" by going to 3's Forest and clicking on Magdalene.
- There are 3 quests in total: Among Fallen Leaves, Search the Shadowed Path (Repeatable, available throughout the month), and Returning to Magdalene's Cottage
- Magdalene's Autumn Bazaar is open again for the month of November!
- Stocked are Ombra's items, with a few additional items preparing to arrive a week into November!
- Ombra's seasonal currency "Wild Forage Snacks" can be obtained from Magdalene's repeatable seasonal quest "Search the Shadowed Path" as well as through several other regular site mechanics.
WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON

NOVEMBER ART DEVELOPMENT STREAM
This month, the art development stream will take place on...
NOVEMBER 4TH, 4PM DVT
We'll be working on wishes from the Wishing Well thread, as well as some new Ombra seasonal items! Hope to see you there!
QOL UPDATES
After our last while of working on larger updates such as the Gathering Event, we'll be working on some useful QoL related adjustments and fixes for the next couple of weeks before gearing up for bigger projects.
NICO'S ATELIER UPDATE
Our artist team is focusing on the upcoming Nico's Update later this month! Some item types we'll be adding:
- New hairstyles and facial hair
- New basic eye styles
- New basic lips
- Lensless glasses
- New basic clothing and accessories
- New recolours
- New basic skins with different nose shapes
We're also planning to split up Nico's Atelier into Nico's Atelier and Nico's Salon, two different shops to better spread out the large inventory of items they have available!
BETA CHANGELOG & ROADMAP THREAD
Currently, we're focusing on some backend related adjustments to help streamline our system for updating existing quests. This should allow us to more efficiently work on our upcoming balancing rollouts and help it not conflict with other updates happening simultaneously. We're also planning out projects for our new artists in order to expand some of our RNG pools so that once we move all recipe items to their own dedicated shop, we can then populate the pools with more desirable items.
These two items are on our to-do list, and will remain here until they are complete!

Excited for the Nico and roadmap updates!
Also, echoing queercore (#27717) - can we not have blue and purple accents in everything? I, as well as others, are personally so tired with how much blue there is on site. It would be a nice break to not have any blue in a set. Any other color would have been great :/
I'm also not too happy about having another event starting while another one is still going on. I already did Magdalene's stuff last year so it doesn't really matter to me. But DV, are you forgetting you actually get new players sometimes??? Now they have to worry about continuing to get enough currency for the current shop, as well as doing it for Magdalene's too.
Other than that, I am happy about most of the other things. I'm really excited about Nico's update! And I do actually really like this set, I've been so tired of the mainly one-color tone sets, and just ones that don't have many natural colors, so this is awesome!
Can't say I'm pleased with the chests becoming more expensive though :/
Also, really happy to see Magdalene's seasonal quest back! :D
