OMBRA'S SEASONAL QUEST & SHOP
- You can start the quest "Among Fallen Leaves" by going to 3's Forest and clicking on Magdalene.
- There are 3 quests in total: Among Fallen Leaves, Search the Shadowed Path (Repeatable, available throughout the month), and Returning to Magdalene's Cottage
- Magdalene's Autumn Bazaar is open again for the month of November!
- Stocked are Ombra's items, with a new item available this year.
- Ombra's seasonal currency "Wild Forage Snacks" can be obtained from Magdalene's repeatable seasonal quest "Search the Shadowed Path" as well as through Random Encounters, Adventuring, and 3's Forest Clean Up.

AVIAR BALANCING STATUS
We're well on our way in progress for the Aviar Balancing Update (which includes the Frog Sink Update), here are some stats on our current progress!
Item & Pet Assets • 70%

Misc Tasks • 10%
We're still in the concept and planning stages of making various merchandise. We're thinking that we could try out a small Enamel Pin Set Kickstarter for Louise Hill pets first at some point! Here are some concept sketches for pet pins.

QOL CHANGELOG INCOMING
We have a QoL update coming that will include custom maker drop rates across all NPC shops as well as other things later this month. A status will go up as always when we're preparing for an update maintenance!

It would be sad that the art team would spend all this hard work on a project that wont make the kickstarter goal or make a profit afterwards.

What I’m most excited about is the new town rebalancing! They make the site so much better and I always love the new items and recolors. :)
I enjoy enamel pins and I love the idea, so long as the energy/resources for it doesn't take away from the energy/resources for site updates. My one year anniversary on DV is only just coming up, but looking at players who have been here longer, there seems to be a frustration regarding delays. I'm a developer myself though so I do get how issues with bugs, packages, builds, etc. can get in the way of pushing a successful update, especially if the developer team is small.
will the first kickstarter promises/goals ever be fulfilled? asking for a friend who spent money on the first kickstarter.
it's me. I spent money on the first kickstarter. and I still don't see housing or guild battles, onsite as a functional feature. just wondering if I'd be funding a pipe dream of a scam artist or actually receive the promised product of said kickstarter. I've been burned by dv/anji before in a similar funding scam, can't catch me making the same mistake without the real, actual recompense of fulfillment my original dollars went to. :upside down smiley face that is not amused:
