2) Tickets are already in the queue from weeks/months ago, so no one actually thinks their ticket will be answered soon

Indy (#20292) I agree! I'm glad to see this update. Considering the amount of information in this update, I feel like there are some things they could have announced to us weeks ago to keep the momentum of the site going. A great majority felt abandoned.
