In terms of site events, this is one of the better ones I've seen at least in theory. We'll have personal goals to meet, which should in theory shouldn't be too awful to unlock and are reasonable assuming people have work/life/whatever commitments. And the consequence for failing to meet the goal? We don't get an extra unlock, which we as a community will have a shot at next year. I actually think that's pretty cool, and if people feel like they're being pressured because their participation is also tied to a community bar....well, no event is going to please everyone. At least it seems like the staff aren't making the consequences for failure too awful, which I super appreciate.
