these are some very good points and I have to agree with all of them.
it's true that players in other timezones will be screwed over if the site-wide cooldown ends around the same time each reset, presumably at the time the last item was pulled or at rollover. this totally blocks a large portion of the playerbase from obtaining custom makers outside of purchasing them from other players which doesn't seem fair.
it's also true that players with customs will probably be the ones rolling them over and over due to the potatoes they can amass easily, which only creates //major// wealth gaps and makes things seem 100% unattainable to everyone else.
these are problems and it would be great to have solutions to keep the economy on the site in a relatively stable(?) state. whether it's adjusting cooldowns, putting limits on the number of customs you can make, etc,,,,,,,I think there can be some adjustments while still keeping a system like this in place (since it's still important to prevent the artists from being overloaded!!)
