Also, I'm mildly confused on the Referral Bribery addition to the Rules of Conduct. You say you provide a stance, but... the section is just describing what Referral Bribery means? Does that mean DV just has a neutral stance? I'm a little confused here, there's no direct wording in that section regarding the stance DV is taking.
