The December items are beautiful!

If we're getting new items to substitute some of the ones that used to be layered over clothing, though... does this mean that's not getting changed and I'll never be able to layer my elven runes over my clothes again? :( I have some outfits that simply don't work without it. Frankly, if I couldn't layer elven runes over my clothes I would really like to be a different class because they're one of the big reasons I chose elf.
