Hi everyone! Since the community chose the Runty Turnipling to be our first plushie design, we've come up with some sketches for different plushie types for you to choose from.

Note that these are just rough sketches determining the overall direction we're going in and there would be plenty of differences in details during the prototype stage!

Will this be the only Dappervolk plushie?
Depending on interest and how the first batch goes, we're planning to make other plushie designs down the line if we can!

How will distribution/ordering work?
It's too early for concrete info on this yet, but we're looking at a preorder system that is batch based. This would be the most sustainable way for us to distribute.

ROADMAP UPDATES

Since it's been a while, we'll be looking at and updating our priorities list in our Roadmap thread this month. Our current main priorities are the Merchant Shore release on the art and writing side and the Trades Market revamps on the coding and testing side of our pipelines. We'll be updating everyone with more info on where we're at with the Trades Market later in the month.

We're currently conducting our first sticker batch poll here so feel free to vote if you haven't! We'll also be following it up with a plushie design poll. We also have some merch test teasers coming which we're excited to show everyone!

STAFF PLANS
We're planning to expand and update our writing and artist teams at some point soon, due to various life circumstances in our teams we're now somewhat lacking in the art and writing departments! We'll make a hiring post and begin the process of training when we're ready.

Hi everyone! Here is our first batch poll for pet stickers! For this batch, we're focusing on a bundle of 5 quaint pets following a chosen theme.

We'll be doing more sticker polls after this to select our next batch, and so on down the line so this isn't the only chance for Dappervolk stickers. There are so many different species that putting together each batch is always a process, but we'll get through it with your help!

Here are a few Q&A's about stickers and our merch plans surrounding them!

Will we get stickers that aren't pets but also items/NPC's too?
Yes! Our initial focus for polling is pet stickers simply because the bundling is so difficult to decide on due to the selection. We'll be hosting more polls for other sticker types as needed.

What kind of stickers will they be? What's the pricing/ordering going to be like?
We're still looking at various options, but for pets we would like to print them as singular die cut style stickers. It's too early for any pricing announcements but the ordering will likely be preorders that are batch based.

Anniversary Conclusion!

As the ebbs and flows of Paulie's dreamscape settles and slowly fades, you find in the aftermath a sparkling rock and look forward to hopes of companionship anew.

Six years feels like a special milestone to hit, and as we look back on the years spent developing this game and getting to know members of this community we can't help but look forward to many more.
