With the magnolia's first bloom, a spring wind blows.
With the shifting of the seasons, leaves bedeck the blooming expanse,
offering a green respite. The stewards of the grove ready

What are Monthly Shops?
- Every month, Pai and Oran from Peddler's Port will have different sets of items in their shops that will retire at the end of the month to be replaced by new stock.
- These items are obtained from far away lands and follow the theme of the land they visited each month.
- All retired items from Monthly Shops will eventually be able to be obtained very rarely from Grandma Agnes later on.
How can I get to Peddler's Port?
Peddler's Port is a seaside location that you can unlock by going through the main storyline in Louise Hill. Once unlocked, you can visit Peddler's Port any time without using up a town hop!

Pai's Shop of Wonders
Pai will host these 12 items (6 per colour theme) in their infinite stock shop this month for 200 turnips each. If you spend 2000 turnips, you will be able to choose a free item of your choice! Free item claims will expire 6 months after obtaining them.

Agnes' Perpetual Shop
Agnes' shop this month stocks two chests, one for each colour variant. Each chest is 1000 Turnips, and contains a set of 6 shop items from Pai. Ideal for collectors who want a full set at a small discount. Agnes also has a Bonus Prize function in her shop. For every 2000 turnips you spend in her shop from now on, you'll be able to claim from her Bonus Prize pool, which will fluctuate and grow with time.

- The recipe for this seasonal pet's hatching item is unlocked by default, the ingredients are in Pai, Agnes, and Oran's shop Bonus Prize pools.
- This Seasonal Pet will remain in the shops for 3 months and rotate out at the end of August to be replaced by a new pet.
- Seasonal pets will be obtainable annually on a rotation! The items the seasonal pets hatch from can be alchemized at any time of year as long as you have the shards.
- The item alchemy recipe for the hatching item is automatically unlocked for all users, you can view it in your item alchemy page.
With the arrival of June, the sparkling one makes themself known. A seasonal quest is now available once again with Trout, simply speak to him in 3's Forest to begin "Trout and the Rainbows of June!"

Some of our progress was previously delayed by IRL circumstances, but we're hard at work on the upcoming spring event! We're excited to show you what we have in store, but here's a quick sneak peek at the upcoming features for now.

DAPPERVOLK ANNIVERSARY
June 21st is the date of Dappervolk's first anniversary! We're so excited to celebrate one year with our lovely community. There will be some small collectibles to obtain and a development art stream around the Anniversary. More details will be posted once they are concrete!
CUSTOMS QUEUE
Our main artist is currently working on 5-10 items/pets as the first completed batch of custom maker requests! We're aiming to complete one batch like this per month for the time being. If you have a request in the queue that is marked as assigned, that means that it's currently being worked on! We'll also be making an expansion on the custom system with the completion of the first batch that will allow copies to be created by custom owners.
ARTIST HIRING
We're getting ready to start on a search to expand our artist team! The first step will be to find artists with the potential to match the site's style who are willing to join our new Junior art team. We'll be easing our team into creating site assets with simpler tasks initially. More info on this will be posted once we finalize details.

it feels very much like you all are still testing the waters to see what works in terms of balance, for gameplay, for collectors, and monetarily for the site, when all of these things should have been worked out during alpha and beta. not a year into the site being public.
i joined this site for the dress-up and collectable aspect and it's gotten to be completely unsustainable.
The new set is very pretty!
"Oh, but it's actually 2 sets with different colors" yeah, idk what's worst, if it would be introducing 12 unique items or if it's 6 recolors at FULL PRICE.
Other thoughts, not a huge fan of this set, but I can see why some people like it.
