Autumn Festivities!
As you make your way step by step into the deep forest, the leaves
crinkle softly at your feet. A lone bird calls somewhere in the
distance, and a sombre mist grows.

Welcome to Dappervolk's first Autumn Event!
We're so excited for everyone to experience the first Autumn festivities!

activities, discussion and chatting! Below is an outline of all event
features and activities.

The autumn festivities will run from:
November 12th 1:30AM to November 30th 11:59PM, 2020!
UPDATE: Event Shop and Currency gain has been extended to December 8th 12AM DVT!
Creativity Prompts still hold the submission deadline of November 30th.
The end of event news post and prompt prize winners will go up after December 8th!

Speak to Magdalene in the 3's Forest to begin your event quest:
"Among Fallen Leaves" - This series of quests will require a few days to complete and allow you to accumulate event currency and other items!

The event currency is Wild Forage Snacks!
You can obtain the event currency through the following ways:
  • Magdalene's Seasonal Quests - Among the Fallen Leaves, Search the Shadowed Path, Returning to Magdalene's Cottage
  • Daily Errands in 3's Forest
  • Adventuring in 3's Forest Path
  • 3's Forest Cleanup Minigame
  • Random Item Alchemy
  • Random Events on site!
  • Creativity Prompts, Social Media Giveaways, and Surprise Trivia/Riddles in the Event Thread.

The Event Shop is now open from November 20th to December 8th 12AM DVT, 2020!
  • You can visit Magdalene's Autumn Bazaar by clicking on Magdalene's marker in 3's Forest to access the event shop.
  • The shop will take Wild Forage Snacks as its currency! The shop type will be permanent stock with differing prices for each seasonal item.
  • Once the event ends, the shop will close until a new Autumn event appears next year.

    I really like this event so far! Easy and rewarding ways to collect the currency. Excited to see what goodies will be in Magdalene's shop.

    I just wanted to say that I LOVE this event so far

    I think it really puts the best things about DV on display--its really a community for artistic people now that the interest in the game aspect has lulled a bit. This event really celebrates that and puts the spotlight on the part of dappervolk that keeps me coming back--the user base!

    I got an Ombra's Cloak in 3's Forest Clean Up the first full rounds and received normal cakes etc. every time afterwards (about five or so by now).
    Could you clarify whether the event-specific items are limited in winning once per day? I don't want to spend the rest of the day with cleaning the forest in case there is no chance to get event items/currency^^

    10/10 for the design of this very creative and interactive event! Clearly staff read our feedback from the summer event and delivered a fun, non-stressful event incorporating our requests! THANK YOU STAFF! ❤ I think this will restore a lot of interest in the site. Well done!
