not trying to argue or fight with anyone. just wanted to point out that yes, while the event announcement said there would be 8 total tasks, adding a new one every day, there was NO indication as to how many points or how long the timers would be.

people are upset because users were losing sleep, developing anxiety, and freaking out for DAYS with no communication from staff other than louise hill cost no town hops and no more leaderboard? mostly all people wanted was some sort of assurance that elite wasnt literally an impossible task, or the other tiers werent impossible for people with jobs/school, as it seemed that way for DAYS. it would not have been difficult to release a status update saying "hey, sorry to worry everyone but the future tasks will be higher in point values with less intensive timers!" that would have solved a lot of issues people were facing. users made themselves sick trying to keep up with what seemed an impossible event. just would have been nice for people to have not had to go through that during an event that is supposed to be FUN. that wasnt fun. that was a not great experience for me, and for others.
