People need to calm down on criticizing people who are unhappy with things the DV team has done and then voicing their concerns about it. They've (the DV team) very obviously made mistakes, big mistakes that upset people (especially paying people, that I feel is the big reason a lot are upset, because money is in the matter), and the way they've gone to answer them hasn't made many any happier. Nowhere have I ever seen a single comment that could be labeled as rude or mean or anything, they're all just simple criticism over choices that have been being made by the DV team. The ones that could be taken as rude or mean are those calling the previous commenter's names.

I'm pretty sure most, if not all, of the people who are unhappy with these things really want to see DV succeed. So we're pointing out things we don't like, both changes to the site and the choices made by the team as far as communicating goes, so they can better the site and themselves.
