I know exactly what it takes because I've been excitedly obsessing over it since we got back from Beta. ;D 4500 Affection in the town for the Leader, 100k potatoes, and four people willing to be your Founders.

What's all this talk of things not being fair or being too much work? The whole idea of making something like this is based on cooperation and forging a way forward for the collective. No one said being in charge was going to be easy. That's the burden of leadership.

I'd do it for my guild right now if we had enough people interested in it; I've been working every day on my Affection gate and I'm not the leader of the main guild, plus I have enough Potatoes to lend to the cause.

I'm sure you've got plenty of people willing to shoulder some of the burden and open a second guild / waiting room / hangout. ^^

It's not a time zone thing -- By "First 15 people" I just meant pick fifteen names (like from a random number generator) from the application pool. (My wording gets a little wonky at the early morning hours.) Give yourself a week to get all applications in. Not sure what could be more fair than that.

It's true that we don't know what the upper limit will be, but isn't part of the fun discovering these things when the feature comes out? :)
