I'm going to echo fumus's opinion here. While the set is interesting, the decision to put the skin recolours into Pai instead of Oran is baffling to put it mildly. There are 8 items in the Oran set and 10 in the Pai set. No doubt the higher price of the chest is due to this. But things like the skin recolours, and the basic bob, items of this quality is what you'd expect to find in Oran, not Pai.
